Question / Help Laggy Output but low CPU usage?

We've already established its a cooling problem, idk what you expect usto do at this point? Downloading an obs update wont fix that.

I'm having the same issues too, the fps for some reason is running at 22.22 when it's 30 fps and the cpu usage is like 1.5%.

@KevPlayz if you have the same - then solution is few posts above. If not - make your own thread and add your own logs.

@jacopo1403 make your own thread, because it looks like your video card is overloaded.
