Laggy game and laggy recordings since one of the new updates (atleast i think so.)

So this issue is very bad. It's forced me to use bandicam instead, however i do prefer obs for many reasons and would wish to go back. according to my logs 84% of my frames are skipped while i was testing my recordings on roblox. i have a ryzen 3 3200g with 16gb of 3200mhz ram, just a few weeks ago i was able to record with no problems, i could record my games like valorant, hoi4, csgo etc. with stable frames ingame and a smooth recording. i will post some pictures of my settings. i have played around with them quite a lot.

If you noticed this after Windows 10 update to 2909, there is a known problem affecting users that users cannot fix.

Your options are:

1. Revert back to previous Windows build and stay away from 2909. Stop all Windows updates for a long time
2. Revert to Windows 8.1
3. Switch to Linux

I'm not sure what you mean by Windows 10 2909, if you mean the update 1909, that cant be the problem for me as my pc build is new, and i only have had the 2004 version and the 20H2 version. I forgot to mention this in the op, but my friend who is using a radeon graphics card (i have integrated radeon graphics) is having the same problem, even though he has an rx 580 which should be able to easily record the games he plays.
