Question / Help Lagging while standing

Hello guys :D

I have the problem that OBS is just taking down the framerate massively while I'm standing still. When I play League of Legends or CS:GO this keeps happening, from 40 FPS down to 20. If I walk it's all nice again. How do I solve that? :c
