Question / Help Lagging while Recording.

Hello , my name is Edward , and my nickname is ATCC.
I am experiencing a problem while recording , it's not a quality problem , it's my PC.
I don't really know if it's from my PC (since GTA V works with MEDIUM graphics quality...) or it's by my program settings.
Here are my PC specs :

Proccesor : Intel Core i3 CPU @#.30 GHz 3.30 GHz
GB RAM : 4
Installed type : 64 -bit
Video card : AMD RADEON HD 7700 Series...

If someone can help me optimize my settings I'd be glad <3

Oh, I have to say your CPU is not really meant to play a game like gta AND record at the same time.
Without a log I cannot say much, you could try lowering your encoding preset and the resolution. But it could be just too much for your Processor.
Problem? Make sure to post a log and/or crash dump -- HOWTO

use quicksync to record locally, set buffer to 0 to get the best quality. If recording over 1080@30fps with quicksync, you might have the set the quality preset to balanced or even speed.
