Hello guy, my PC spec:
i5 3570k@default
MSI B75A-G43
G.Skill Sniper 2x4GB 1600MHz
MSI N760 TF 2GD5/OC
Win 8.1

My CSGO launch setting: -novid -high -tickrate 128 -threads 4 -freq 144
My video setting ingame:

I dont know how but a long time ago (about 3-5 months) my PC can stream CSGO at same setting, 60fps normally, everything smooth
But now, people tell me that my stream is very laggy when i stream csgo. I try to look into OBS and see that message: "Warning: High Encode"

Here is my log and my OBS setting:

720p60 is a bit hard on an i5 using x264.

downscale to 540p or use a lower framerate or enable qsv and go with quicksync(probably the best method)

in my country, 2000kbps and 720p is a little high, some people have lag with my channel because of 2000kbps :)
I often find that removing the "threads" and "high" from launch options helps. Especially the "threads" launch option could be overthreading CS:GO especially since you are sharing those 4 threads with OBS which will also use multiple thread. All that without hyperthreading would more than likely cause what you are seeing.

ah ok, i will try it xD
but i use threads for maximum fps, do u think that i will have less fps than now?

Well first, lower resolution gaming will be more CPU intensive, but OBS(x264) is only going to use your CPU. I say that to allow you to understand what the issue is. but play with it on and off. I dont honestly think 2 threads would be any worse and best case is you let the game decide how many threads to use.

At a certain point, you're going to have to make a choice and test with every possible stream and gameplay option until you find a happy medium.

NVENC is always an option but quality might be visibly worse per same bitrate but that option will not affect you as much with you using 4 threads with CS:GO.

also, I'm removing the screenshot that has your streamkey in it.

EDIT: also, check windows audio properties for your mic and speakers. if you click the advanced tab for each, check the bitrate by default. if is says 48000, then set OBS to 48kHz. if its 44100, then leave obs at 44.1kHz. this also helps usage since audio needs to be re-encoded if these options are different.
