http://www.twitch.tv/sc2supaplex/b/455405428 - The broadcast (new)
This time the game was lagging extremely, missing frames in REAL TIME while playing, have no idea whats happening :/

These settings and so are pretty much settings that i found on various forums and youtube, but they seem to screw up for me anyway.. :/

Your connection is not the issue; you only dropped 0.66% of all your frames. Dropping the bitrate by, say, 100 should make that 0%.

However, you did have a substantial ratio of late frames, which occur as a result of the PC having trouble keeping up. Which is no surprise really, since you're using Medium, which is quite heavy on the CPU. Try going back to the default of Veryfast in combination with my first suggestion of dropping the bitrate by 100 Kbps and you will probably end up with a 0%/0% score.

Did all that, nothing really solved tho, besides the framerate in real time,
http://www.twitch.tv/sc2supaplex/b/455425891 - lags terribly almost nonstop

Here's the log

getting desperate, never understood why these things wont just work... even thought that streaming through notebook my pc screen would help, no change tho, only that pc wasnt drained but it should be powerful enough at the moment anyway.. also i couldnt figure out how to make sound working when elgato is connected to notebook and being streamed through it.. but thats on another matter..

Now i would like to get the terrible lagging fixed :D

Now you even DROPPED a massive number of frames. I have no idea what was going on there. Because the log before, you were using the same bitrate and only dropped 0.16% frames. That could just be a temporary issue with your connection to that particular Twitch server. Switching servers could solve that issue.

But, I am really somewhat in the dark on why you're still experiencing 30% late frames.

Try Enabling Aero. The only case where Aero needs to be disabled is when using Monitor Capture, which you are not using.

Ookay, changed to netherlands server, with aero back enabled,
http://www.twitch.tv/sc2supaplex/b/455439606
still lags like hell :/ although maybe a bit less than last time ? not sure

So by this i've tried DE , UK and NL servers, all those failed to get any change :(

There we go, late frames in line now... 0.41%, that is perfectly acceptable. As far as dropped frames are concerned; well, you're a European, live with it. Twitch is all but unusable in Europe these days, particularly during the evening hours. It is nothing on your end, very little you can do about it with the exception of dropping the bitrate ... hard!

And I mean... hard. Personally, even with my 150 Mbps symmetrical line and living very, very close to one of Twitch's European servers (I live in NL) I am completely unable to stream over 1000 - 1250 Kbps during the evening hours these past few days. Just now I sent Twitch an extensive email on this very subject.

Soo iam just pretty much done for it ? :D guess ill have to find different streaming site or dunno :/ I dont see anyone watching streams with the lags you saw on my twitch pastbroadcasts.. :/

Until Twitch gets its act together in Europe we are basically done for here in EU, yes. At least during the evening hours. As a temporary "solution" you could simply switch to local recordings for a while, uploading those to Youtube. Just to keep the content flowing and your viewers interested.

That's about the best I can come up with really.

Well, thx alot for your help and assistance, yeah ill keep it up with youtube at least :D and wait for twitch to work properly, but since twitch is up for some time now, i dont think its going to get fixed just like that in matter of weeks/months ? :D
