I was wondering why iam geting lag , fps random drops in recorded videos log file below
can you help me out what could be the problem ?

Rendering lag = GPU so your GPU is overloaded. Are you running uncapped framerate? Why are you doing monitor capture instead of game capture?

Also your recording settings are far from ideal. They look like streaming settings, almost, but you're saving to disk, not streaming. Which do you intend to do?

I am playing rainbow 6 siege so i dint saw the FPS cap settings and i intend to save the recordings to disk not stream so wich settings should i chose also what is the diference between monitor and game capture i saw many tutorials sugesting to use monitor capture
