Question / Help Lag in playback, only with Titanfall

Hello! I know there are a lot of suggestions out there for settings for local record. I am having playback lag issues. All of the in game footage is laggy for Titanfall. It's unusable. Now, when I first started recording with settings from the guide below, it worked fine. It even records other games, such as League of Legends, perfectly fine. After the third attempt at Titanfall, it started this lag and hasn't stopped with any of the adjustments I have made. What can I do to fix it?

I did make changes between these two but only after the videos started messing up after the third recording. I did notice looking at them an error seems to have occurred.

You are getting a ton of late/duplicate frames because your CPU is extremely weak. Check the advice in this thread: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/high-cpu-usage-taking-too-long-to-encode-read-this-first.11641/

I have lagging on titanfall only with obs streaming to Twitch. I have this lag when I use both the AMD VCE and CPU. It only happens in titanfall, don't understand. The first time it works fine, it happens when I start streaming again
