Lag between OBS and LoL

Okay so basically, i started streaming on Twitch a long time ago and i streamed a lot of league before, it's been like 2 weeks that im trying to stream league but i just have somes lags when i use "game capture" on league, the game doesn't even show it's just a black screen and my game is unplayable.

Even when im not on stream, it's just the game capture that makes everything lags, i tried on other games but it doesn't lag at all and the game shows on my OBS. I tried to use StreamLabs and it doesn't lag when i use game capture on it but i don't want to go on it.

Please can someone help me. I have the last version of OBS.

same thing is happening to me I think its the new league patch that came out is messing something up

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

This is a known problem, as League of Legends has two separate windows: the launcher/client and the actual game.

it seems riot/vanguard need to update there "game capture hook"

i tried stream labs and used the game capture and that also didnt work. i may just have to use display capture for now
