Keep losing chunks of time in stream playback

I have this weird problem with my Youtube stream. Every so often I lose about 20 seconds or so when checking playback, usually at the start of the stream in the first couple of minutes. So as an example I will start watching it from the start and before 3 minutes have elapsed, the video will suddenly cut to 20 or 30 seconds ahead of time, the counter progresses normally as if nothing happened, so the time itself is missing from the stream video. I'm streaming a game if it matters, everything looks fine when I am streaming and when I end the stream I always check and see 0.0% dropped frames, so no frames are being dropped. I'm streaming at 1080p 60fps from OBS and my upload connection can go up to 21k per second but it is set at 12k and hovers between 11 and 14 when I check. So the connection is fine and more than enough to handle this res. When I check on the Youtube end it says my connection is "excellent" and shows no issues. I already had a 2 minutes delay set at my end as I want to keep the res high and I am streaming and playing on the same GPU (RTX 2070) and want to give it time to compile the data before sending it off to Youtube and ease the stress a little on it. The other day I saw Youtube also has a delay option which helps with buffering and processing before the viewer sees the live stream so I set that to 60 seconds in case it was a Youtube issue and it was cutting some footage because it was possibly not keeping up with the data flow. But upon checking replay, it did the same thing anyway after adding the delay and I still had some time missing at the start of the stream so this was not the issue.

It usually only does it the once at the start of the stream and then it doesn't hapen again that I know of, although the other day it did it twice, once in the first couple of minutes and then once again about 15 minutes later. But that's the most I've seen it happen and it usually only happens the one time in any given stream. I have never seen it do it later in the stream, only at the start. The streams can be anywhere from 2 hours to 8 hours or more, and I don't see this chunk of time thing happening any time other than at the beginning of the stream after it first starts running.

Any idea what it could be? I am scratching my head trying to figure out why I am losing these small chunks of footage only at the start of the streams, when the rest of the stream is all fine regardless of how long it runs.
Cheers.
