Question / Help Just installed AMD|6-CORE FX-6300 3.5G and still nothing

What I mean by nothing I can only stream at 560p 20 frames which is the same of my AMD Athlon II x4. All it does is LAG majorly on the stream?? I go to xsplit and I can stream 720p 60 frames no problem? Do I possibly have something in my settings wrong in OBS? I would rather us OBS but I am forced to use xsplit cause I can not figure this out. Also my internet is 125 down 15 up. Thanks for any help

Are you sure your settings are all correct?

Base resolution, 1080p. Downscale to 720p, 60fps. X264 preset, very fast. Are you playing the game you are streaming on the same PC?

I am using the elgato HD60 on the PS4 to stream. My settings are at X256 very fast. At least with the new CPU I don't get the "using a lot of memory" message anymore but still can't get a smooth stream even at 560 20 frames.. I only have my bitrate at 2000. Also I am using another computer to watch the stream for comments.

OK I got it to stream at 720p 40 frames without lagging but I am only getting an average of 9 frames on the stream and it shows that I am not dropping any frames. Any way to fix that?
