Question / Help Its so laggy

Im having trouble when I record Minecraft its so laggy and I get like 1-2 FPS and when I look at videos to find how to fix it,it doesn't work.I need help!

I keep
my settings at the default ones and I try to record and get 1-2 FPS.

Set your resolution downscale so it's at 1280x720 (you might also want to increase the video bitrate to 2000kbit)

It is the same 1-2 FPS
