Question / Help Is there anyway to record my gameplay without losing a lot of fps?

I currently want to record some gameplay, and when I don’t use obs I average 140-180 fps, but when I start recording it drops down to 100-120. Is there any way to record without losing much performance?
My specs:
Ryzen 3 1200
Gtx 1050 ti
2x4gb ram
1tb

I use NVEC encoder due to my cpu not being so powerful.
