Question / Help Is OBS Right for my laptop??? Please Respond ASAP

Ok, So I set my settings according to https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/official-quick-start-guide.5/ and I also looked at the second spoiler. I found out why I was having quality issues (it was the game, not the recorder) Is it okay if I post a new log just to confirm if these settings are optimal? And thanks so much for the help, really appreciate it.
