Installed Motion Plug in but it doesn't appear in OBS

I followed a video tutorial on how to manually download and move the Motion Plug in over to the Obs-Studio folder in my C Drive.
Closed OBS during this proccess, rebooted but still when I open OBS the plug in does not appear.

Help:

Attached are screenshots showing where I placed the Data and Plug in files on my computer.

please post a log !
did you have OBS Studio 32 bit installed ? and you try to use a 64bit plugin ?

I realized I was using the 32 bit version of OBS so I copied the Move/Transition plugin to the 64bit folder and then opend OBS in 64 bit.
Still don't see the Plug In in my filter options though.

What an I missing??

I'm having this same exact problem. I am being told that the move transition has replaced the motion effect in OBS 28, but it is definitely not the same thing as the motion effect. Did you ever find a fix for this or figure out what was going on?
