Question / Help Ingame Microlags

Hello Community

I have a Problem. I want to Stream Overwatch but when i start OBS i get Microlegs ingame. The game is telling me there are constantly 240fps but i notice that there are not 240 FPS. The coriuos thing is that the first 5 to 20 seconds after starting OBS or changing settings are okey, but than the lags start.
I already played with many Options but it didnt help.
The stream is ok. There are no lags. Constant 60fps.

Can someone help me?
Which information do you need to solve this?

My specs
Ryzen 5 2600
Vega 56
16gb Ram
480gb SSD

EDIT: CPU is only loaded 30%. GPU 60-70%.

Do you have more than one monitor? Are they running at different refresh rates?

Yes i have two, one is 60hz and one is 144hz. Can it be the issue?

Ok, i testet it. Now the fps are fine.
Is there no possibility to solve this? i need the second monitor..

There is a known issue when using Windows with two monitors at different refresh rates. Could this be related to your problem?

i turned off game mode of windows and now everything is working properly..
