Independent audio input from NDI Source

I have a very simple and working OBS (v26.0.2) setup: 2 scenes with each its own different NDI Camera input (audio and video) from 2 different NDI cameras. Both cameras have their own mic.
My question is: How can I maintain the audio from mic 1 (Scene 1) when I switch from Scene 1 to Scene 2 (Camera 2) in the recording/stream?
As I have it working now, the microphone input changes depending of which Scene I choose and that’s not what I want.

Anyone has a similar situation and has found a solution/workaround?

Although I’m on a Mac, I suppose the solution/problem is cross-platform. That's why I post it also in this forum.

Nobody has an idea? Or, maybe this feature is not possible in OBS 26?

Assume you are using both camera in NDI mode so when adding sources you do have an option to have the audio only from your camera. Please see the attached image we are using audio from PTZ optics as our audio source even on the scene with minray cam. Hope its clear

I never assumed there would be an "Audio Only" in the Bandwidth menu... ;-)

So, with your tip I started to experiment but no success in my case yet. I made an "Audio Only" NDI source and put it in both Scenes (Camera NDI 228 and a still image Scene named PPTX) and muted the NDI Camera in Advanced Audio Properties. I can monitor the sound coming in but when I record, the clip has no sound, just absolute silence...
When I un-mute all objects in Advanced Audio Properties, in the recorded clip I have sound in the NDI Scene but when a change to PPTX Scene occures: a stuttering soundfade and no sound during the Scene PPTX (and I want somehow the sound from the NDI camera here)!

NDI "Audio Only" in OBS seems to be still very experimental... Or I'm doing something wrong?

double check your recording setting under output advanced and see if you missed the track 1

Yes I've checked it and it is not working. No way I can get sound in Scene PPTX from the camera I use in the other Scene Camera NDI 228. This audio issue is very weird and not quite logical implemented. I just don't understand the working of "audio only".
I do music concerts with sometimes the need for a Slide Show and an absolute need for a constant/static synced NDI audio input.

I'm having the same issue. Did you find an answer? Right now, I am just having to add camera 1 (which has the audio line-in) with video and audio to every scene and move it to the bottom of the source list so it isn't seen. The audio only bandwidth looks great in obs, but will not record.

I have the same issue. I am sending audio from my DAW through obs as NDI source...catching it on another PC. I can see the meters working, also monitor works, but no audio in recording or stream. Everything else works fine.
