Question / Help In game 60 FPS, trying to stream ~15

I saw someone else was having this issue also. It started once I updated :/. Someone help please, I'm supposed to be streaming right now. The title says it all. I'm not sure why it's happening, my upload speed is 5.27Mbps, have the bit rate at 3500. Even local recording is lagging.

CPU: 8350 @ 4.0 Ghz
GPU: Radeon HD 7950 3GB

What game are you recording, and are you recording using Game Capture?

Happens when recording anything. Even the monitor. And yes, of course I'm using game capture.

My fps is set at 60fps in settings. Bug?

What video encoding settings are you using? Could be a bug, but its more likely some setting is wrong.

The only thing i can see is the encoding profile (under advanced) is not set to main. Not sure if that would cause lag, sorry out of idea's!
