Identifying which scene is shown in PREVIEW and which is PROGRAM

It would be very useful to know what scene is shown in the PREVIEW and PROGRAM windows.
In Studio Mode (at least) I'd like to:

1. Use the scene name as part of the panel titles PROGRAM (scene name) and PREVIEW (scene name), and
2. Put red and green boxes around the scene names in the scene list corresponding to PROGRAM and PREVIEW

My goal is to reduce operator confusion as to what scene is live and what will replace it when there are many scene changes happening...

Is there a plugin or setting that I'm missing that can do this?

I agree, this is a needed feature. Most importantly, the scene name in the panel title.

If you don't mind installing a script and a plugin, you can add some docks to identify the scenes in the PREVIEW and PROGRAM windows yourself.
