I need help to set up OBS correctly ... I have done it but sometimes its pixalated or not working . please reply with info you need to help me with this

You're using the ultrafast preset at 768p60 with only 850kbps of bit rate, so that's going to look terrible. If you can only stream at 850kbps, then you should downscale by 2.00, lower your FPS to 30, and raise the x264 preset back up to veryfast.

That looks pretty good given your settings. Grass like that is almost always going to look bad when live streaming regardless of your settings because there's just too much constant detail and motion.
