I need help with obs i have a decent pc yet when recording obs is still lags alot

my pc is decently good and my obs is still lagging when i record when it shouldn't
my specs are

Processor
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor

Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

RAM
16 GB

Operating System
Windows 10
I shouldn't be lagging on here can someone please help me out

1. Run OBS as Admin
2. Strongly recommended that your record to MKV instead of MP4
3. The encoder is skipping frames because of CPU overload. Read about General Performance and Encoding Issues.

Post new log if still having issues.

Settings > Output > Recording > Uncheck Rescale Output

Here's a couple more suggestions:

Set OBS Audio to 48k so it matches your other devices
Settings > Audio

Change Color Range from Full to Partial & while you're at it change the Color Space from 601 to 709
