I need help on OBS Studio 24.0.3 with capture of window

They yellow line is a feature so you know what window OBS is using. It is not visible to the viewer.

"Windows Graphics Capture". It's a newer feature added to windows 10 to allow the capture of windows that would otherwise not be possible. The side effect as you have seen is that windows adds the yellow border around any window where this capture method is actively being used (this is apparently a security measure to ensure the user knows that the window is being captured).

This is part of windows, and nothing that OBS has control over.

If you want to avoid this, you will have to use the older capture method (select "BitBlt" in your window capture properties). However, considering you had issues capturing using 24.0.3, this method probably will not work. If you're trying to capture a browser window, or any other hardware-accelerated program, then you will need to disable hardware acceleration for this capture method to work.
