Question / Help I can't stream LoL and can't figure out why

Beside the problems the analyzer is giving you, your CPU is not powerful enough for FullHD, you need to downscale to 720p and try again. Also check if there is something else using the CPU.

Also increase bitrate to ~2000 for good quality with 720p.

If you really want to go with 1080p, you can use NVenc as encoder.
It will have a bit worse quality but virtually no CPU impact.
 
Streaming is all about CPU.
But as I mentioned, you can switch OBS to use NVenc (which is a special chip on your Nvidia card) to remove CPU load.
 
If its in game frames you are having the problem with, you are going to need to lower your games graphics settings. Putting them to the lowest doesnt affect gameplay at all. Also, you need to enable Aero under Video and also change your keyframe interval to 2. If you still dont get 60 FPS, then i recommend downscaling further to around 720x480 which will let u loosen up some bandwidth as well. Your audio bitrate should also be at 128. 160 really does you no good

Best thing to do is go into a custom match with a bot and just mess around with the settings until everything is running well.
