Hey,
I am using my Samsung Phone as webcam with the following app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pas.webcam&hl=de&gl=US).
When adding the source as browser and using http, everything works fine, but not https.
However VLC Media Player is able to display the video using https.
To note: The certificate has to be trusted manually. VLC shows a popup that can be confirmed before the source can be consumed.
I am not sure if that is the problem for OBS.
