How to Record Face and Screen on Laptop? What specs / settings do I need?

Here are my device specs:

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H (2.00 GHz)
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
Graphics Card 128mb Intel(R) UHD Graphics
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I want: to record my screen (not gameplay, so it doesn't have to be the best fps) and at the same time record my face (just with my built in laptop camera). I have set up OBS to do so but to call the recording a slideshow is generous. I would also like to stream this content to YouTube so when I set up OBS I asked it to set up for streaming, recording second (although if this is likely to worsen my recordings I'm happy to change it).

Is what I want possible? if not, Plan B - does anyone know any lighter screen recording software I could use? And then I can probably just record my face separately and edit the videos together.

Record at 29.97 or 30 FPS. Whatever aligns with your display and laptop camera. Use the QuickSync QSV encoder.
Tools > Auto-Config Wizard > Optimize just for recording > Once it's done, don't change anything, close and restart OBS. If still having issues
