That is not a full log. Can you open OBS, do a test stream for a few minutes, then restart OBS and upload the last log file?

So I opened OBS, I streamed like 3 minutes with " Test ", I closed it and re-open it ( because you tell me to " restart OBS " ). So I hope it's good, the last log file :!

250kb/s bitrate is very, very low. You're going to struggle to maintain a watchable stream with that sort of bitrate.

Set your x264 preset to faster, at least to begin with, and change you keyframe interval to 2 (It should show keyint 50 in the log).

Uncheck the Parametres personnalises de l'encodeuer x264 box.

Don't even bother with streaming with such low upload speed.
You need to have at least 4mbit/s up so your stream looks decent and you have no lags while playing online (assuming you're streaming with 2000-3000kbit/s bitrate). Also - your laptop isn't very well suited for that kind of thing.

0.5mbit/s that you have is just simply not enough to stream games that you like.
