Hardware Setup:
2x Xeon X5680
2x GTX 690 (in Windows they are recognized as 4 diffirent GPUs, from #0 to #3)
I need 16 copies of OBS running simultaneously. I've made 16 different .exe copies of OBS for this propose.
Each of them strats by '.bat " file with defined Scene and Profile.
Every 4 copies gonna be encoded to stream with nvenc on different NVENC GPU. Though this i can spread a load ~equally between GPUs/
BUT! I can strat only 8 streams, becouse of 3D Acceleration Overload on very first GPU (accourding to Task Manager).
I need to spread scene 3D rendering load to all of this 4 GPUs also.
For this time i can not choose GPU which will 3D accelerate specific copy of OBS.
I have no idea where i can find this setting (or may be config file which is related to this setting).

Nvidia Driver 3D Settings does not affect anyhow. May be because Nvidia Drivers corresponds to Open GL Acceleretion, but OBS works with Direct 3D.
So anyway Nvidia manuals have not helped at all.

So i'm seeking for solution "How to change 3D Accelereation GPU for specific copy of software".
I'll be happy to hear some ideas!
Thanks!
