horrendous fps output

hey! as the title suggests, obs's outputted recording has abysmal fps, despite being very high in the preview. i've completely reset obs, updated it, run as administrator, and tinkered with basically every setting i could find, to no avail. here's my log and i appreciate your help in advance!

You may want to use a better quality preset. In log what you see is what is recorded, no frame drops or any other issue.

Why are you capturing minecraft audio?

i've tried changing most the settings back to higher qualities but nothing changed?

i tried obs with a new scene with only display capture, and the same stuttering happens.

the problem was with my video player
