Question / Help High ping and choppy stream

Hi guys,
I am new to the whole streaming world, but I am excited to get everything set up and running.
I have browsed through many threads on this forum and think I pretty much have the gist of everything and all the settings that I need for my setup.
I have 25MBPS Download and around 2-3 Upload.
I run the game on almost 400fps normally, but with new settings the fps drops which is not the problem, but the game becomes very pixely and choppy. It is not smooth and almost unplayable.
I am going to continue to work on the choppiness issue, but I do not understand the ping surging.
I know that is a problem often found, but my main issue is my ping goes from a steady 95 to between 133 and 178. What could be causing this?

I accidentally posted this originally in the wrong forum! Sorry admins!

First double click your webcam source and lower it's resolution down from 1080p. Also downscale the stream resolution to something like 540p since 1080p require a lot more bandwidth than that.. Finally lower your FPS to 30 and enable MNI "minmize network impact" from your broadcasting settings to help with the ping issue.

I am going to try out 720 first. Does which 720 i choose matter all that much?
Also I am getting a warning in red saying that my OBS setting are not optimized for use with twitch/justin.tv. Please set the following:Advanced Settings: Recommended x264 encoding profile is 'main' for this service.
Also after I reduced the resolution of the stream I get the option to disable Aero. Should I disable it and use monitor capture, or should I leave it enabled and run game capture?

i5 2500k doesnt handle 1080p so well especially if you go over 30 fps.

and its obviously looking horrible with 1000bitrate/buffer

I hear ya. How do I get my camera to show when in game capture? Or do I have to use widow/monitor capture for that?

The camera should show up fine as a video capture source when you're using Game Capture, just make sure it's above the Game Capture source in the sources list so it isn't hidden "under" it in the scene.

Got everything working, but my viewers can only hear my voice but the game sound and audio from spotify is like INSANELY quiet. Even when I turn it up to max on my computer it still doesn't get loud. I have tried messing with settings but with no luck. The only issue I can see is that I have my audio set up to play all sounds other than skype through my speakers and skype/voice chat programs to play through my headset.
