Hey,

I would like to know if there is any way to set a cap on how much kbps you can get when recording with the crf=x/no size on buffer/etc. My KBPS goes up to 80-90k when Im recording Overwatch and it really bugs my CPUs temps. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help me cap it to like 30-45k.

I have no clue if its possible bear with me Im new to OBS.

Thank you in advance!

No, I've written it wrong or you got me wrong, its really not causing any problems to ingame FPS or to CPU performance. The higher the bitrate the higher my temps. So I was just asking if I can set the bitrate to some caped kbps like 40k or something. I really won't render higher than 20k mbps anyway.

tl;dr im just looking for a way to cap the kbps, if there is any. If not its all okay.
