High GPU usage using a shader filter with newer nvidia drivers

So I have been messing with trying to locate the source of high GPU usage when I have OBS open. It started after I updated my nVidia drivers. I found that rolling them back to old ones from February will fix the problem. However I dug deeper and found that the main issue seems to be the shader I have over my webcam to give it curved edges. If I disable it (the shader) OSB goes from using 90%+ of the GPU to about 10%. I have not changed this filter or it's settings for over a year so I am trying to figure out why it's having trouble now when I update my drivers.

This is on a machine running an AMD 5900X, 32GB of Ram, and an EVGA RTX 3080ti under Windows 10.

Any ideas why this is happening?

I think I have found it has something to do the the 536 nVidia drivers, some games are suffering frame rate losses as well. Rolling back to pre 536 drivers seems to fix it.
