I get this no matter what my settings are unless I put EVERYTHING on the lowest settings. The problem is that I have a pretty decent gaming PC. I ran a performance monitor while test streaming the other day and my CPU load was only 35% total across all processes. Why is OBS warning me about high CPU usage when its at a very manageable load.
My stream experiences massive lag, frame drop (which is not captured in the frame drop monitor in OBS), and buffering when this warning appears.
I have a "gigabit" internet connection but my average d/l u/l speeds are http://www.speedtest.net/result/4174696208.png
