Question / Help Help with set up for stream.

So far my stream lags a lot and i want to find settings that could alleviate this, My specs are.

Processor: AMD Phenom II N850 Triple-core Processor 2.20 GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB (3.75 usable)
64 bit operating system

Any help would be much appreciated, and i already used the optimized option Btw, still did not do much XD.

The log is unfortunately incomplete. But from what I can see, your settings are probably too high for your CPU. For a general 720p stream I would at least recommend a quad-core system with a bit more power, especially if you try to play on the same system.
I would have to see a complete log file, but you probably want to downscale your output in OBS using the dropdown in the video settings. But you will have to test what your CPU is capable off.
Then the log shows that you are using a Wireless connection, and its even stalling on a pretty low bitrate of 1000kbit. Assuming you have more upload available, you should try a Wired connection instead. Wireless connections are not really meant for streaming.
