Help with "puh" sounds?

Hello! Im new to streaming and one issue im having a lot of trouble with is the hard "puh" sounds at the start of words like "pizza" or "please". Its sounds like im blasting air into my mic. Is there a plug in I can use to fix this??? All inout is very appreciated, ive been tearing my hair out over this all night.

google for "pop filter" device (piece of cloth before the mic).

edit:
and maybe you need "windshield for mic" too (fur/foam).

Use a pop filter. Don't ever speak close (less than 10cm) to the mic. Set the pop filter at about 15cm.
