Question / Help Help with Livestreaming Settings

Hey guys, so obviously I'm new to this, I've given OBS a bash a few weeks back and had no luck. Figured I'd sign up here and see if anyone can help. I've listed my settings below, as well as internet speeds etc. I want to stream most games, DayZ, Call of Duty, Arma 3 and soon to be the new Grand Theft Auto.. Any help is much appreciated!

What actual issues were you having when you tried OBS before? Other than using 25fps, the rest of that log looks fine (though it's also an old log).

In-game it would lag (latency?), and a lot of the time the stream would buffer and go out of sync with the audio. The stream looked good quality wise though.
