[HELP] Stream pixel problem AMD GPU/CPU

Hello, I tried broadcasting on all platforms and tools, I usually continue my experiments on kick, my discord friends also broadcast and their broadcasts are very clear on kick and twitch. My broadcasts are pixelated. My internet and computer are good, but as you can see in the link below, my broadcasts are very pixelated.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950x
GPU: ASUS AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12GB
RAM: 32 GB / 4 Slot / 3800 Mhz
Resolution: 1920x1080
Internet Download=1000MBS Upload=50MBS
