ive been streaming for a week or two with OBS, console games. Ive just tried to setup webcam, and i have video from it, but not audio. It has registered my mic aa active, but doesnt pick up any noise at all

Have you tried disabling the mic on the webcam source but adding the mic as your Mic device in OBS audio settings?
