Question / Help Help on the configurations to stream

Hello, I seem to not get my configurations alright to stream, I've tested over and over some configurations but I just end up with the stream running and then completly freezing.

I have my stream set to the Paris server since im from Portugal and my speedinfo is:

rig : dual monitor - i5 2320 - AMD Radeon HD 7750 - 4GB RAM

Every help is welcome, thanks a lot :)
