[Help!] OBS - Black Screen on the preview window! [Windows 11 64-Bit]

I can't get my preview screen ON and getting the Black Screen on the preview screen when capturing a Game Capture. But when i tried the Projected Window (Source) i can see my game captured but only on the projected window, not the preview window.

Version: 22H2
Installed on: 7/‎22/‎2023
OS build: 22621.1992
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22644.1000.0
Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070Ti
Game Capture that i'm using: Elgato HD60-X

I've tried all these work around but nothing changed or worked:
- Running OBS as Administrator
- Re-installing OBS with the latest installer
- Adding OBS to Windows Graphics Settings

The elgato HD60x is a video capture device, not a "game capture"
But since the source projector and the properties window for the source work, press ctrl+r then ctrl+f with the source selected.
