Help me with audio problem

Every time my OBS Studio opened it is using my microphone and that makes the sound of every sound that come out of computer kinda lower. But that won't be the problem alone. Today when I was recording my computer blue-screened. Since then (even after hard reset) my audio is lower like it was with using OBS, but now pernament even when I'm not using OBS at all. Opening and closing OBS doesn't help either. Sure, I can up my volume, but it still sounds different and not like before. I would appreciate any help on how to solve this.

Google for the "windows communication tab" (maybe it will help).
For other issues you need tech specialist.

If it blue-screened, then something else is wrong, well beyond OBS. Those are (thankfully!) becoming rare now, so when they do happen, it's actually something serious.

My first thought was bluetooth. You didn't mention it, but it's pretty much random what a non-techie thinks of to mention anyway, so everything is always possible on this end. Bluetooth audio has (at least) two different modes: speakers and headset. Speakers is better quality, but doesn't have a mic, and you can't use both at the same time. So if anything asks for the mic, even a different app, and even if you're not sending it anywhere, the whole thing drops to headset quality.

That shouldn't affect the volume though...unless the headset itself has a different volume for each mode.

The blue-screens are atimpag.sys, it happens everytime I have loaded many videos in browser (sometimes it needs one), like it doesn't happen on YT. The blue screens are annoying, but now it was first time while I had lowered volume by having OBS on, which made this lower sound "pernament".
