Guys, help me figure out what the problem is: the broadcast is falling on YouTube, but everything is fine in OBS. When you try to click "stop broadcasting", OBS freezes too

The crash happened within the Nvidia graphics driver. It might help updating/reinstalling the driver, or the reason might be faulty GPU hardware/overheating/overclocking/insufficient power supply.

a brand new PC (last time yesterday I deleted all the drivers and installed them again

If the computer never worked fine before, it's possible its hardware is faulty. "Fine" means, apps in general don't hang and don't crash out of the blue, as well as the whole computer never hangs and need to be rebooted to recover.
As baseline: "not crash" means not even one such crash per year. That's possible.
