Question / Help Having Problems With Windows 10 Also

So I upgraded to Windows 10. Everything was going fine until I watched some of my recordings. They are terrible. While I have a decent FPS in game the videos make it look like I am lagging like crazy. They have an almost constant low FPS. The videos also have random freezes in them. It seems to happen with all my games. But GTA 5 seems to be the worst.

Here are my pc's specs:
500GB SSD
1TB HDDx2
16GB Ram
970 Evga GTX (driver is 10.18.13.5362)
AMD FX 8350 8 Cores 4.0GHZ

Which log do you want? For OBS or a DX log. Also how do I pull a log for OBS. Thanks again for the quick response.
 
Ultrafast uses less cpu but your recording will increase because of the bitrate, leaving more for your game.
