Not everyone got the 1809 update at the same time. That update allows for Game Mode to be turned off, but it is still on be default in PC settings. However, having that mode on usually creates rendering lag, not dropped frames.

Did you always have the new networking code option on, or were you trying that to resolve the issue?

New socket loop enabled by user

Just a shot in the dark, but have you tried using a static IP for your computer?

Also, have you tried directly connecting to your modem instead of going through your router?

So I have tried being plugged in directly to the modem. The static IP I did try that setting in my router. Is there somewhere within device manager I would have to set the static IP or is it enough having it set within the router. I have called my ISP multiple times as said in this whole post and they have confirmed no packet loss is happening at all and for me to call twitch lmao. I bet it is something so dumb that I'm missing but I think I have been through every single thread about this issue and have tried so many things.

I have a new idea. Would I be able to force OBS to stream through my Phone LTE Personal Hotspot, while my games use my Ethernet cable?? I would like to try this to really see if my internet is still flawed.
