Hello, i got a question.

I'm trying to fix my grainy stream, I got a rx7800xt, ryzen 7 7700, 32gb ram 6000mhz, I read some articles about that amd cannot fix that in twitch stream

The VOD is at 1000kbps so it's normal to look like that. Actually it looks great for only 1000kbps
For 1080p on twitch you should go for 6000kbps.
And you may want to try the 936p resolution to see if it gets better.

Can you please send some good settings ( ofc if u want) I tried almost everything, and I'm thinking about sending back this gpu to seller

Look inside the tools menu and the first option is the Auto-configuration Wizard. Run it.
Apply the settings it gives. Restart OBS.
Do NOT change any setting. Test as it.
