GOOD INTERNET SPEEDS BAD BIT RATE

This sounds just like the problem I'm currently having, any updates on this???

I have been running into this issue the last couple of days myself. Tough time finding a server with a stable connection, some nights none at all.

Same problem here. I have this problem for almost a year. doesnt matter what PC im using. Going live or using twitchtest always low bitrate. The next day its gone until it cames back some days later. Tried almost everything.

same problem i got 800 mbps dl speed and 300 mbps upload then i got 2500 only on obs
