Good internet and PC specs, but bad bitrate

I've been streaming on Twitch for nearly a year now with no issues, until the beginning of November. Previously I'd have no dropped frames and a stable bitrate. Now my bitrate (which is set to 5k) jumps from 2k all the way to 7k, causing thousands of dropped frames. I have not touched anything in my obs settings and I have 1 gig internet with above average pc specs. Anyone know a fix?

Disable sync start on the the Multi-RTMP Output plugin & only test using the main streaming output. That plugin requires an update & if I remember correctly the encoding settings need to be updated. Your log shows no encoding settings information for the plugin.

Disabled it, issue still continues.

From your 2nd log (it was in the first as well). I've only seen this type of message once before in the thread linked below:
18:36:43.824: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Interface has non-zero error counters (0/40 errors, 436/0 discards)

Well, after a bit of arguing with my ISP they finally decided to "fix" it after I requested a technician to come to my house lmao. It seems to work just fine, Optimum is a pain in the ass to say the least.

Never heard of them but glad it's fixed. Double check your settings in the RTMP Output before using it again & update them if needed. He added more features to the plug-in so the previous settings may have been wiped.
