Good Internet (800-1GB) but only able to stream thru obs with 10mb

Hey Guys
I have my Modem thru Ethernet connected and get about 800-1GB speed with it but in obs i get only 10mb max speed, am I doing something wrong?
Any help is appreciated

Thank you for the Reply, I tried this, my Hardware (7900XTX Nitro+ / 7950X3D) work properly and are properly Cooled. so i that's why i am now reaching out

I have lags and things, when I use VPN. I'm on the west coast and the vpn ends up on the east coast. So if I try to watch my own stream, i get wait circles. Don't know if that is your problem, but this is just a FYI.
