Glitchy Audio - Windows/OBS/Rodecaster

Hey everyone, we have about 8 podcast locations across the USA and one of our computers (Dallas) has glitched once a month for about a year now and it's driving me crazy. I don't mind the lost revenue but it's upsetting to have a random guest lose 1-2 hours of footage and we've tried everything to solve this.

It happens when we push Stop Recording and the button just sits there pending 'stopping' for about a minute. Whenever this happens we know there's like a 50% chance the files are ruined.

This time our main mkv video file came out correct (in the past it was the video that would freeze after a few minutes) at about 1 hour and 5 minutes but the 3 solo files came out to 45 minutes each (about 20 minutes short) and then the audio files are glitched throughout.

Storage wasn't an issue. The computer was recently updated. The Rodecaster isn't the issue since we have them in all of our studios and we've used multiple audio devices throughout the past year in Dallas only for the same result to happen - but maybe it's some setting we have on our windows computer but idk what's going on.

Here are the files:

As you can see it's fine in the beginning and then randomly goes to like 4X speed and cartoony. I think I can slow this one down and save the file but in the past it's been even worse and not salvageable.

Anybody know how to fix this or have any advice? Any tips would be appreciated thank you so much!
