Question / Help Getting Random Crashes

I've been getting more crashes lately and some audio issues (mic just cutting out in obs before relaunching it fixed it). I was hoping someone could point me to what might cause either the crashing or why the audio was messed up. I just got a new graphics card and I'm not sure if it's having issues or not at the moment.

Make sure you have the latest BIOS update for your motherboard, early versions had issues with Ryzen processors, causing crashes like this.

Alright, I didn't even think the BIOS could be the issue, I'll try updating it and seeing how it goes.
