Question / Help Getting black screen with Game Capture but not with Monitor Capture

I can't figure it out. I have read the FAQs and watched a lot of troubleshooting videos on youtube to set up OBS. Monitor capture is streaming to Twitch fine, but game capture is just a black screen.
